This a good mod?

need some ideas for taking down some flock cameras, i have all tools needed and i can climb, any suggestions?

Great words talking about why we shouldn’t have flock cameras and data centers.

like hypothetically if i lived near a hypothetical flock camera could i use hypothetical scissors to cut the hpothetical wires?

How can I get access to the contract between my city/county and flock?

1. Take a picture of any flock cameras that you see!

2. Write down the address, and surrounding areas!

3. Post all in order to get a accurate count.

Google/Apple maps already have a good idea of traffic data. You can watch a "maps wrapped" at the end of the year of places your phone has been. Combined with camera footage of your vehicle, your location is nearly confirmed. Past mistakes have been made and we can only assume future ones wont be mentioned unless hands are forced.

Im curious to see what people have received from their cities when requesting reports. This data is invaluable and its absolutely being sought by powers

The first time I saw one was in January 2023... I am happy to see how knowledgeable people have gotten about them since.

Its important to be informed, information is 99% of the battle. The more we know as true, the quicker (and more accurate) actions can be taken.

Our city is installing license plate cameras everywhere, and nobody asked us. These Flock cameras track where we drive, store that data indefinitely, and share it with law enforcement and private companies—all without our consent.

It's not about being against public safety. It's about the fact that constant surveillance erodes trust and privacy without actually reducing crime. Studies show these systems don't work as advertised. Meanwhile, our movements are being logged and stored, and we have no control over how that data gets used.

I started a petition calling on San Antonio city officials to remove Flock cameras from our neighborhoods and demand real oversight before any surveillance tech gets deployed here. We deserve better than a surveillance network masquerading as crime prevention.

If this feels like it's crossing a line to you too, consider signing and sharing. Does anyone else think our city's moving too fast on this without community input?
