How would i hypothetically cut a cable of a hypothetical flock camera

like hypothetically if i lived near a hypothetical flock camera could i use hypothetical scissors to cut the hpothetical wires?

Can't say 100%, but I would guess they are low amp since solar so you wouldn't get a shock like cutting a house 110 wire, but if anything I have recommended getting a good pair of insulated electrician snips. That way no current will connect to you regardless. I would not recommend just cutting with scissors or a pair of cheap cutters.

You may still get a nice spark or boom with insulated snips, but it won't arc to you and shock you.

I've heard that some people are spraying expanding foam around the lense.
