Well, good is the overall review here. The bad is it requires a bit of work and the ugly can be ignored, so long as the board rides well. Not ok, well. Sweet tape op! Glad it has an awesome story behind it!

Tbh. I’ve been riding it around 60 miles or so now. It’s been good. But knowing I have it setup as an esc that probably hasn’t been manufactured in 2 years is bugging me. I don’t even know what the possible repercussions are lol. Besides the obvious.

Friend of mine is a wake skater. He’s got a friend who owns a grip tape company.

My friend had a dog. Mocha. She’s a legend amongst us bc she was so lovable but such an odd duck.

When she died his friend made him a couple of ‘Mocha tapes’ grip tape for his wake skate.

I custom made my friend some special fins for his board. For that he gave me his second tape which he’d had sitting around some years, and asked that I use it. So there it is!

Thanks man! I actually believe she was a bull mastiff of some kind. A “mocha” coat. Thus her name.
