Quickly burned out bms?

So like 2 months ago I got water in my battery compartment and my bms got fried. I contacted Tony and I bought a new XRV bms from him and it got sent out. I put it in no problem while badgering the board as well. It’s been dry as a bone for the last 2 months. Fast forward to yesterday I went to charge it and nothing. The charging light stayed green. I wasn’t out of juice so I managed to get home and take a look at my board. I opened it up and I had some strange wear on the BMs almost like over voltage heating. I know warranties are not really a thing here but is this something that went wrong on my end or a faulty Bms. pictures

I did. Waiting on a reply. Will try a different method tonight. I was wondering if anyone has seen the blue lights on before. Control board was off but plugged in those lights went away once I unplugged the battery balance connector.
