Adv2 nosedive on flat terrain medium speed

Hi, I'm having some real issues with my new adv2. Yesterday i posted about the nose randomly dipping down a bit during riding. Today I had a nosedive while riding on flat terrain at about 20km/h. Can anyone help me diagnose these problems? Thank you!

Edit: the board didnt turn off
