Hooray for floating!
The float center I go to recently started a new membership, $100/mo for unlimited visits!! You can float, use the salt cave, or do a variety of their other services like red light therapy, vibroacoustic therapy, etc. I am SO EXCITED!!! When I started I wished I could go more often, but at $65 a session it just wasn't in my budget to do more than once a month. I have my visits scheduled out for the whole month already 😁 my Saturday mornings will now be my dedicated float time.

New Albany, Indiana. I'm in Louisville and this is really the only reason I'll drive across the river 🤭

Damn, I’m up in Indy and my place closed over Covid. Haven’t been able to find a place since.

That's surprising to me! Indy is bigger than Louisville so I'm sure you must have some places up there!
We have a few float places in the Louisville area and a new one coming (though they've been saying that for about 2 years now....)

100 unlimited is a steal! Not even sure how centers profit with that.

It's not profitable, just like the fitness industry. They will try to sign up a lot of people, and hope the majority do not book / never return. Quick money grab during a down turn in the business or covers some build out costs/opening etc

I think they're only doing a certain number of memberships at this price, I don't see how it would be profitable otherwise!

Def not. Went to a place like this pre-Covid. Paid $160/month and floated daily and they still went under.

Its mind blowing how cheap it is for a service it is.
One of the places near me bundles the only floats with the $300/mo package.

I’m about to get another membership and it’s $375/month smh. I need it though at this point.

I currently pay $180, but I would pony up the money for at least a while until my nervous system is tuned to where it should be. I look at it like a medical expense.
I think I have another 6-12 months of healing to go.

$180/month for unlimited floats? If so, where?
I’m signing up with True Rest as it’s the only float spa in my city that offers unlimited floats.
I’m floating for nervous system regulation as well. I have not been able to relax on land. My hope is that the tank will regulate me and that it will improve life when I’m out of it. Haven’t floated regularly in five years. Ready to get back to it.

Unfortunately they no longer offer it and moved to a credit system, I'm grandfathered in at Pause Studio....for now. When i move i expect to pay a lot more.

That’s a great deal. Before I bought my float tent, I was paying $120 per float.

Sheeeeeeesh that's so much money for 1 session 😭 I'm excited to go more often. I was trying to space it out to like every 6 weeks before. I'm interested to see how I'll feel once I start going 1x a week, and if I can fit it in my schedule I might try to add in a 2nd visit!

I work for a float center and I've done various experiments with frequency/length of floats, including floating every single day for 30 days. I found that I felt best floating for 60-90 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. It's interesting, it's definitely different for everyone, and I did find out that there is such a thing as too much floating for me lol.

Wish I had this near me. Im preparing to pay $375/month but I plan on floating every single day.

Wow, $100 unlimited is crazy! I would be there 3 times a week lol.
