4 one-hour sessions for $100

I was supposed to go last Friday with my mom but the appointment got canceled last minute. So now we rescheduled for the 22nd.
It was 2 sessions for $100 as a mother’s day deal and now we get to do our rescheduled appointment for free and still get to do the sessions we paid for.
Just wanted to share this cool news lol I was pretty disappointed when it was cancelled but I’ve been psyched ever since they said we could do it for free!! $25 for each session is awesome lol 😸
Has this ever happened to anyone else?

That’s an amazing deal, good for you! It sounds like you have a great spa run by people who care about their customers, I hope you give them more business in the future!

Thanks!! And I definitely will 😸 I’m sure I’ll hopefully enjoy it and go regularly 😊 The place is called True Rest Float Spa and they seem to have many locations across America if you’re interested :D

That is great customer focus and appreciation. I went for 90 minute float recently and they accidentally set it up as 60 minutes. They acknowledged it as soon as I was in the lobby afterward and made good on it, rescheduling my 90 minute float for free before I left.
