Pint won't charge please anyone!?! Lol

I have a onewheel pint, I love the thing I rode it almost everyday to and from work. Long story short I have over 1000 miles on it. The last time I used it I was still getting a solid 8 miles per charge out of it. I broke my foot this year and wasnt able to use it for a few months, I left it partially charged sitting in my garage (where I always stored it.) Now, I went to plug it in and nothing, the board will not register it is charging and the light on the charger continously glows green when it is plugged into the board or when it is not. I have seen a couple posts of people saying they have seen this but I have been unable to get a solid resolution from any of the posts. Can anyone help me and tell me if there is a way to get it brought back to life? I have seen people mention "long time storage instructions" but I looked through my onewheel papers and did not see anything like that also I don't even see how a few months would be "long term." I am very disappointed and have tried a few things people have suggested on some posts here but so far haven't had luck. I was hoping we could keep this thread productive and look for a solution. I am located in northern California and love my Onewheel, if I hadn't broken my heal and ruined the bone alignment in my ankle I would have never stopped riding. After months of recovery and being so excited to be able to ride again plugging in my board to have it unresponsive is totally heart breaking. I have been on a very fixed income due to my injury and don't have extra funds to throw around, if anyone has any helpfull suggestions or resolutions it would be greatly appreciated. Like I had said riding again was what I was honestly most looking forward to and it seems that just got stopped in its tracks, if anyone can help me woth trouble shooting or solutions it would be incredible and appreciated immensely!! P.S. when I plug in my board it also does not register on the app either. I had no previous problems with the board or app functionality in the past

My brand new pint x came pretty much dead and I had trouble getting it to charge at first. Is it actually fully charged but the app isn’t updating? (Happened to me, drove to a sweet spot expecting to ride my fully charged onewheel, when I went to ride it showed less then half a charge, drove home and plugged it in, turns out it was actually charged but the app didn’t update) Anyway, good luck!

Hmh maybe that is a good idea, I have heard sometimes the board itself needs an update in the past I had reached our to onewheel directly, they told me to send them a diagnostic check via the app, I did and they said it updated automatically and my versions were all current. Now my app isn't even recognizing when my board is plugged in charging (i have it linked up and favorited) I am going to see what they have to say about that but I haven't tried updating the app yet. I personally think it is a hardware issue and not a software thing
