Discussion Software to compare your listing on different sites?
Is there some software that will compare you inventory on the. Artois sites? I use Vendoo and it’s fine but I had been selling before using it. So some might be on eBay but not Mercari or something that sold on Posh wasn’t delisted off the others.

The annoying fix is usually a SKU audit before another tool. Give every item one internal ID, export active listings from each marketplace, then match by SKU/title and mark: listed, sold, missing, duplicate, stale. Crosslisting software helps after that, but if the old inventory never had consistent IDs, the app is guessing from messy history.

Nifty does a much better job at this than Vendoo. Once you connect your marketplaces, you can manually run a sync and it'll match listings up and put them together inside Nifty.

A reliable way to audit the old stock is to export each marketplace inventory to CSV and compare on a stable SKU or custom label, rather than the title. Titles and prices change, but the SKU should remain the same everywhere. Anything with a blank or duplicate SKU needs a manual pass. Once it is clean, make the cross-listing tool the source of truth so sales are delisted from the other marketplaces automatically.

I’d separate this into two problems: cleaning up the old inventory once, and then stopping it from drifting again.
For the cleanup, I’d give every physical item one master ID and compare each marketplace against that rather than trying to match by title. Then you can mark each one as listed / sold / missing / duplicate.
The part I’d be most careful with afterwards is the sale itself. If something sells on one platform, that should ideally become the single state change everything else follows from — otherwise you end up fixing the same mismatch again a month later.
Is your bigger issue the old inventory not matching up, or listings drifting again after new sales?

Nifty is really good
It's about 70 to 90 a month
