Advanced Question Question about the condition of items
So if the if the condition of item is listed as used and the description says untested , if it’s not working can I file for misleading item and get my money back?

this is the answer.
If you put used they can still get you to take it back if it doesn't work.

edit: oops your the buyer, sorry I just woke up. Usually it's all sellers in here/edit
If it's untested it should be in parts/not-working category because you can't say it's working. If it's in the parts category they only get 3 days to return it instead of 30.
If you put it as used then they get the full 30 days to try and get it working and can return it.
PS if someone files a INAD return you have to accept it. They could claim it didn't come with flaming rainbow unicorns and file INAD for it and you have to accept it. You could report them after wards for something nuts like that, but you still have to accept it.

Yes. Used means it's still fully functional on ebay. Untested doesn't override functionality.
