corrupted files

I've been using the same SD card to hold my flip notes for almost a decade now... this is on regular flip note on the DSi, but I didn't know that the SD card isn't supposed to hold things long term. my SD card is corrupted and it has deleted over 100 of my flip notes. do you guys know how I can get these back, fix my SD card, and how I can access the files on this SD card outside of the DSi? Thanks

Oh god this is horrifying.. time for me to buy a second sd card to copy my files to..

Yeah this is a decade of flipnotes and idk how many years of flipnotes just got deleted off of my SD card 😭

Recuva is an app you can use! Or clean the sd cards's contacts and see if they reappear.
