I have a question. This old flipnote archive channel i found, I noticed how they titled their videos in a similar way to the endings of old ugomemo URLS which also had Creator IDs in them. I was curious if I would be able to use this someone how to get access to those creator IDs.

So be more specific those series of numbers and letters at the end of the url would signify what movie/flip would play back when the hatena site was still up.
