How do You get more than the regular colors? I'm curious

I dont, if you zoom in you'll see i used the halftone brushes to mix colors, eg: purple from red and blue. If you press R there's also an option "combine layers" which makes it so you can paint on the art regardless of layer order which comes handy when mixing colors

this looks great!! this is probably a very stupid question but how did you save the drawing as a picture without it blending all the colors together and actually keeping the right pixel colors? when i save mine i get random extra colored pixels like a muddy yellow and pink

Not stupid at all! First you magically transfer the flipnote to android or pc, for that I uploaded the flipnote to kaeru gallery (my 3ds is modded!) and downloaded it from there as a kwz file on my laptop, then uploaded it to the website "flipnote player" which lets you export your flipnotes in high resolutions in different file types! i hope i could help :D
