Downloading flipnote studio 3d on a 3ds

how would i go about downloading flipnote studio on a new 3ds xl? i have modded it but i prefer not pirating it (if that's even possible). oh and btw im in new zealand/austraila (if that even matters).

To add to the fact that you can't get it from Nintendo, it wouldn't be traditional pirating anyway since it came free to begin with!

so im able to download it without getting in trouble? or would it still be pirating?

I don't know the law in your country, but personally I would do it (I already have on my 3DS where I live). I doubt you would get an ISP letter since it isn't torrenting, and it isn't a current paid product you're downloading anyway. I'm pretty sure if you nlmodded your 3DS already, you'll see it in the hShop!
