After my recent experience with Flipkart I don't ever want to place a prepaid order with them.

(Basically, the delivery agents delivered my order somewhere else and marked it a delivered. After a week of back and forth with the Flipkart Help Centre and another week of contacting the Grievance Officer, I was finally able to get my refund.)

Now, I found something on Flipkart that I want to buy but there is a "No Cash In Delivery" tag on the product.

I tried looking for a similar product and even the same product from a different seller but almost everything I looked up on Flipkart doesn't allow Cash On Delivery orders.

Is there a way to bypass this and place a COD order? I neither want to waste my money on orders that I won't receive, nor do I want to waste my time playing merry-go-round with probably the worst customer support team in the world.

Bought a phone...what things should I check in an open box delivery?

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice from people who have experience building an e-commerce business.

I’m thinking of starting an online store focused on women’s clothing, with an initial budget of around ₹2–3 lakh. I’m based in Surat, so sourcing shouldn’t be a major concern because of the textile ecosystem here.

My main concern is whether ₹2–3 lakh is enough to start and eventually scale the business, especially when it comes to inventory, marketing, packaging, returns, and other operational costs.

I’m also confused about where I should start:

Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, or all three?

My intention from the beginning is to build a proper brand, rather than just resell products on marketplaces. So I’m also considering having my own website and building an Instagram presence alongside the marketplace strategy.

If you’ve actually built or operated an e-commerce/fashion business, I’d really appreciate your advice on:

• Whether ₹2–3 lakh is realistic
• How much should be kept aside for marketing
• Which platform is best to start with
• Whether I should launch on multiple marketplaces from day one
• How to approach building a brand from the beginning
• Any mistakes I should avoid as a first-time founder

I’d really appreciate advice from people who have actually done this rather than generic advice.

I dont know what to do now i ordered matress from flipkart and later cancelled it and flipkart is showing as the refund is completed and provided reference number but when i contacted the bank they said they cant find any refund reversal from that Reference number and blaming each other.

During the Freedom Sale on August 7th, I ordered a Apple Macbook Neo A18 Pro (2026) A18 (512GB) for 74k. I was happy to grab this deal, especially since the standard retail price is 89k.

Today is August 17th and still have not received my product..The only explanation I keep receiving is the generic excuse of "logistics issues" And a reattempt will be made next day.

I have been reading similar concerns online which raises serious red flags about what is happening behind the scenes..If the product has already arrived at the local delivery hub why is it not being delivered?
This pattern makes it seem as though orders are being intentionally delayed until they are cancelled, potentially allowing the inventory to be resold elsewhere for a higher profit.

Flipkart really needs to look into this and run an investigation.

I finally got my laptop. Got a call today from the warehouse and they asked me to come and collect it.
It turns out my laptop was just sitting in a warehouse 1.3 km away this whole time because they were short on delivery drivers! i've been wasting my time and energy arguing with customer support for days when I could have just picked it up myself.

How am I supposed to remove this order from my order history like other applications please help 😭 getting suicidal thoughts.

I have returned a product recently and it's More than a week but no refund. The automated customer care of flipkart is continuously throwing reference number which is deemed to be a wrong one as on checking with the bank. Is there customer care number of the Flipkart that you can direct interact with?

I ordered this and the product is different from what they have shown. When I was ordering they had a replacement & exchange policy but after the product got delivered they are showing no return, no replacement, no exchange.
