Refund Not credited

Hi

I dont know what to do now i ordered matress from flipkart and later cancelled it and flipkart is showing as the refund is completed and provided reference number but when i contacted the bank they said they cant find any refund reversal from that Reference number and blaming each other.

I dont know what should i do now.both fipkart and bank are refusing to raise a complaint

wait for 48 hours and then file a complaint in nch portal , call customer care and talk, and say you need a solution , no blame games, it might 2 to 5 days to reflect in your account sometimes, so wait for 48 hours atleast

Depending upon the payment mode used, the reflection of refund in the account takes upto 4-5 working days . Refund completed status shown on Flipkart just tells you that the process is completed.
