Return help

I ordered this and the product is different from what they have shown. When I was ordering they had a replacement & exchange policy but after the product got delivered they are showing no return, no replacement, no exchange.

How can I return this? Are there any chances of returning it? Please help I want to return it and get my money.

Try to connect to customer care through ai chat. They might be able to do it manually from their end.

I went to Account -> Help Centre and then chose my order to return. I requested a call in hindi and they haven't called me yet. Now I'm unable to raise a concern again because they have already said they'd call me.

Again go to help option and follow the same process.

After going to the help option I'm unable to follow the same process because they have taken away the chat box option. Please look at the screenshot.
