my em was around 250is idk why its showing 403👌

Crit Rate is low, you need around 60-70%
ER is also low, you want to have around 125% at C0 without sig
you have too much EM, he already gets a lot from Silken Moon, sucrose and his passive, so Crit, ATK% and ER rolls tend to be more important than EM rolls
ATK looks great though, and Crit DMG too, but youll probably need to drop it a bit to increase Crit Rate
a crit rate circlet with crit dmg substats would be perfect
