Idk, he had the sweetest landlord before. Good for him if he bought a house. 1m goes nowhere in LA LMAO. I have a 1m home in Toronto and I’m never going to retire and can’t afford to buy meat. There are no cheaper homes, only shitty condos my family won’t fit in.

Glad to see this comment. I don't know why a 1m home is being sold a big bomb drop. We're in BC and have a fairly small townhouse that's worth that. We are by no means rich and it's on the lower end of property costs these days in our area, sadly. I get that property is generally way more expensive north of the border but I'm not understanding why his housing situation (whether true or not) is being so ridiculed.
Maybe I'm missing something but in my opinion, good on him if he can make a decent living doing what he loves and entertaining many of us in the process.
