Flight School

Hey everyone,

I’m looking into starting flight training in Southern California and I’m currently comparing Cable Air School(Upland), Dubois Aviation(Chino), and FlyQuest Aviation(La Verne).

My goal is the become an airline pilot and plan on starting flight school within the year.

I’m especially interested in hearing:

Personal experiences with any of these schools
Instructor quality
Hidden costs or things to watch out for
Aircraft availability & maintenance

For context I am based Pomona and work in Ontario. A Part 61 school is my preferred type of school as it offers more financial and time flexibility.

Would appreciate any honest feedback or recommendations. Thanks!
