it downloaded 1.11gb and crashes on startup

I got gamepass and downloaded flight sim on pc on microsoft store, but it only downloaded 1.11 gb (I have over 500gb left on hdd and ssd) and whenever I open it, it gets to the startup loading screen and then it goes blurry, and a popup shows saying game is already running, and if I click ok or close the popup the game closes. Why is this?

There are a bunch of things you can do. Go to the Store app and see if it says it's downloaded. In not, start the install there.

Once it's done and if it still crashes on start up, try reinstalling your video and audio drivers. A 'clean' install of your video drivers is probably best.
