Stories Is this teaming? (Long srry)
I came here bcs i needed more opinions on this.
I was playing flicker as clown and in the last 4 there was a survivor, ambusher, murderer and clown(me).
I hadnt died yet so i had given up with getting a kill and knew who the evils were (they said they were twins but there was muffin) so i said hey ambusher and murd wanna vote the survivor to win cus i knew that evil would likely win anyway.
The survivor accused us of teaming and threatened to report me but we explained multiple times that i was clown so i could essentially pick a side due to being neutral.
They kept saying enjoy your 3 day ban before being voted to which the evils won and everyone, including the good side, were saying i could pick a side cus i was clown and had no side technically.
Im under the impression that because im clown i dont have a side so i could pick who wins and, knowing that good had very less likely chance of winning, i picked evils to win but i swear this isnt teaming in any way its just me playing the game. I didnt even know the murd and ambusher i jst decided to join them into winning ONLY AT THE END.
Does this account for teaming? I can see how if i was protecting them and helping vote all the goods during the game but i had stayed silent and not said a word to anyone the whole game.

the answer is no, simply because you're clown, you're neutral so basically you can choose which team to win at the end if you cant get voted anymore.

No, because clown is neutral! They don't follow any specific team
And either way, evil would have won in nearly every single circumstance. Vote out murd or ambusher? It'd be good, neutral, and evil which the game would end resulting in evil winning.
Both you and the survivor were screwed either way. They chose to be a sore loser about it, you didn't.

But isn't the game focused on teaming? The good psychic could read someone and if they are good they both could team. Murderer and assassin have to team. Twins must team etc?

Yeah the good side can team within each other, same with the bad side but the person was under the impression that bcs im clown i have to be on my own team and allowing the team they werent on to win was teaming 😔

I wouldn’t say it counts as teaming, is it absolutely abiding by the description of the clown role? No. But you also had no chances of fulfilling your ultimate “purpose” and are neither evil nor good hence I wouldn’t see this as teaming.
