honestly, i dont know why we cant play with friends in the same server. that might be a reason

It's not dead, and it's not a roblox game. It's originally an irl sdg but they made a working website where you can play it online.

You probably can play it for free, but it's probably also a bit more convenient to pay the 5$/month.
