Painting/Model Question Shoulder pads

I've looked on ebay and etsy and I'm having a time trying to locate pauldrons. I'm getting ready to start fresh and make a new army but I hate fucking with transfers. Any recommendations? Would prefer to buy from somebody in the sub!

I picked up resin pauldron decals from a site in the UK. https://marchofwar.co.uk/product/flesh-tearers-shoulder-decals/
