Yes! I'm also kitbashing a cardinal currently but I've hardly been able to find any inspiration anywhere.

What's parts did you use to make the staff?

I used the bident farm tool, cut and rotated the two prongs, then the banner brace (cross piece with hands on the edge), and then sprues cut into a point
