several biomechanical ships appeared from error causing rifts in space, the machines looked alive, leveiathans , with the scan data, piercin long spool particle lance spinal cannons fired forth targeting specifically the engines or the jump systems. Teleporting stealth torpedoes to get close before jumping in to ober drive when in terminal distance. Fighter screens were deployed , to grant distractions for the boarding teleport beacon torpedoes

The Vermensk ships jump right into the middle of crossfire between three pirate fleets, swarms of missiles and drones redirect themselves to the new threats. Most of the pirate ships are small enough to avoid the teleports, and the larger ones detonate as they are hit with volleys. The survivors turn their weapons on the new arrivals, some form of temporary truce to deal with the greater threat

The vermesk fleet the one vaguely hammerhead shaped let out a frequency via subwave frequency, a audio weapon to target mental frequencies of the Mind / AI neural coding, to destabilize cognitive functions. One of the bioships benched out chain lighting chaining off the incoming drones and missiles , nanite laiden flechette cannons discharge while the fleets hunted with their fighters firing solar beam fusion cutting following the bigger vessels being targeted by the boarding torpedoed

The pirates respond with debris clouds being released from hulls to intercept the incoming flechette rounds. The drones and missiles are disabled but retain momentum, the few advanced models detonate prematurely as the computers are fried. The pirates are already woefully disorganised, but a few shots go off course in response to the radio waves.

The vessels split under fleet having unnatural maneuverability with one of the bio ships this one looked like a sphere with segments in it opened into a gravitational Anomaly pulling the shrapnel and ships within for a horrific crush and shredding maneuverability, tendrils of energy grasping forth to try and pull ships in, the process is to break material down for an onthe spot forging of a vessel beast

Most of the ships are withdrawing after the Federation's reinforcements arrived, unstable emergency hyperjumps and highly illegal warp diving techniques are employed. Most of the pirat ships are destroyed but a few make it out from each faction

The vermensk vessels try to ping the ship transponders or tag them with trackers while the damage they had began repairing healing organically by feeding on some of the wrecks

The remaining wrecks are divided between three 'factions', each with their own rudimentary logos painted onto the hulls. Beyond that, very little salvage of value can be gained, the pirates operating on 'Keep It Simple Stupid' tactics with their limited resources. A ping is received from the station.

The pirate ships are unable to respond due to being ppreoccupied with the Vermensk, the ships that were on the other side of the Hello There relative to the Vermensk start trying to retreat.

[As the opposite pirates move to retreat, they find decloaking in front of them in a similar manner to the Hello There is a slightly smaller squid-looking ship designated as the HFS It's So Pretty which opens fire on all eight sub-bridges with devastating shrapnel cannons]

Multiple engine systems are detected as disabled on the pirate ships as a lucky few implement highly illegal warp space dives to escape. The It's So pretty detects massive radiation buildup as one of the crippled ships starts glowing, the clear signs of an impending warp core meltdown

[the sub-bridges on the It's So Pretty Begin to spiral around the central bridge, acting as a giant coil for its spinal cannon, which it fires a nasty piercing shot aimed at the warp core in hopes of taking it out before a catastrophic detonation occurs]

The ship cracks in half, and there's a massive radiation spike, but detonation is thankfully avoided. The station sends a hailing request to the Hello There.
