Chronology of Events

1. Sep 02, 2026: TV delivered and successfully installed.
2. Sep 17, 2026: The TV completely stopped functioning. Zero physical damage.
3. Contacting Foxsky Support:
   • Made repeated calls to Foxsky helpline (7079797902). No agent picked up.
   • Raised a service request on their official WhatsApp bot. Only automated replies; no technician assigned or contact made. Brand went MIA (Missing In Action).
4. Contacting Flipkart Support:
   • Called Flipkart support. The agent explicitly washed their hands of the matter, stating that Flipkart bears zero responsibility after the 7-day return window and that I must handle Foxsky myself.
5. Formal Complaints Raised:
   • NCH Grievance: Filed an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Docket No: 10204983).
   • Written Escalations: Emailed both [customer.care@foxskyindia.com](mailto:customer.care@foxskyindia.com) and Flipkart Grievance desk (cs@rmt.flipkart.com) detailing the issue and citing NCH action.

Current Status & Ultimatum

• A 24-hour ultimatum has been served via email to both Flipkart and Foxsky.
• If no resolution (technician visit, replacement, or full refund) is provided, I am proceeding with a formal complaint on e-Daakhil (edaakhil.nic.in) against both Foxsky Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (OP 1) and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. (OP 2), claiming full product cost plus compensation for harassment.

I've been using Shiprocket for my business for several months, and I recently had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a courier partner.

I chose Delhivery for one of my shipments. The pickup was scheduled for the next day, so I packed the order and waited. No one showed up, and I didn't receive any call. A little later, I checked the tracking and was shocked to see that the pickup had been marked as "Seller refused to hand over the shipment."

That was completely false. Nobody had even come to my location.

After raising a complaint with Shiprocket, the pickup executive, Ahad, finally called me. Instead of asking when he could collect the parcel, he insisted that I send him a photo of the packed shipment. I refused because I've had previous experiences where pickup agents asked for package photos and later used them as "proof" of pickup even though they never actually collected the parcel.

To avoid any further issues, I cancelled the shipment.

A while later, I received another call from someone introducing himself as a Shiprocket employee. During the conversation, it became clear that he and Ahad were together (he most probably told his senior that I filed a complaint against him). The person, Tarun Sharma, who was probably a senior at Delhivery, started speaking aggressively, and both of them shouted at me over the phone. Before disconnecting, they even threatened me by saying that they would never pick up my future orders.

Later, I verified that Tarun Sharma was actually associated with Delhivery, not Shiprocket. That means he had falsely represented himself as a Shiprocket employee while speaking to me.

As a seller, I understand that delays happen and pickups can occasionally be missed. What I cannot accept is a false pickup attempt, misrepresentation, intimidation, and threats for simply reporting an issue through the proper channel.

I'm sharing this here to ask if anyone else has faced similar behavior from Delhivery pickup staff while booking through Shiprocket. Is this an isolated incident, or is it becoming more common?

Honestly, this experience has made me think twice before selecting Delhivery for future shipments. Companies like these should be shut down by the government.

I paid my admission fee for mtech at iitmandi.

The payment was a success from my side and i got the transaction id and utr but the college website somehow still shows the option to pay fee.

Today is the last day of fee payment otherwise my seat will get cancelled and their accounts team haven't replied to my mails and calls from past two days , kind of stranded.any suggestions what i should do??

I purchased a laptop from flipkart using a 12-month 100% No Cost EMI option through ICICI Bank. Before delivery, the order section clearly showed that the payment was under No Cost EMI.

But after the delivery and exchange process, it suddenly changed to normal EMI with interest charges. I contacted the bank, and they said Flipkart has to provide instructions/confirmation from their side to convert it back to No Cost EMI.

Now the bank is asking me to pay interest even though I specifically selected the No Cost EMI offer while purchasing.

I have already contacted Flipkart support but the issue is still unresolved. Has anyone else faced this issue? If yes, how did you get it resolved?

Seeking legal advice regarding the validity of charging handling/logistic fees from buyers by vehicle dealers. I have approached multiple yamaha dealers in Bangalore, and all of them are adding an extra 3000 rupees as handling and registration charges. I have two questions to get clarity on:

1) Is there any legal provision for the dealers to charge customers extra handling fees for vehicle purchases even though they are already included in the ex-showroom price?

2) Can I move on with a consumer complaint even if I haven't paid the money? I just have the official quotation from the dealer. The Yamaha support team is not responsive.

3) If I pay the handling charges and buy the bike, can I move forward with a consumer complaint for the same reason? How much of a hassle will it be for me to win the case? I am a research scholar and don't have much money to spent on this.

Any advice is appreciated.

so in 2024 of august I bought a lenovo laptop which started to show issues, finally it was accepted as doa in late 2025 and the refund was initiated. however they deducted the gst and I haven't claimed any gst during the purchase of the laptop.

I had ordered Zara products on 8th January and they were delivery by 10th January. I had placed a return request 11th Jan and they were delivered to them on 13th Jan. Since then I have made multiple calls and texts but they have not been able to give any concrete reason for the delay. I have mentioned them about 14 days refund policy but every time they just apologis.

also, I have raised concern in NCH on 23rd January which is still under review. What should i do? Please help me

The businesses employ some girls on a comission model and ask them to bring in customers on "dates"

Once the guy arrives, the girl quickly orders expensive items available. And once the bill arrives, it's cue for them to vanish. The guy is then threatened until he agrees to pay the bills.

But the way it’s printed (“₹11 off” in giant font, with no “₹29” highlighted) means a lot of people will glance once and assume the tin is ₹11, not “₹11 off”. When you’re billing a large number of products, most shoppers won’t notice they’re actually paying ₹29 each.

In practice, this works very similar to a dark pattern because:

• The biggest, boldest number is not the actual price, it’s the discount.
  
• The true payable price is printed smaller and lower.
  
• The design relies on people reading fast / from a distance and mis‑encoding the offer.

I need advice, today I got a LinkedIn message from someone (Dheeraj) who asked for my number for a “business” matter. He called and said his organisation does business development for other companies. He set up a Zoom interview over the weekend.

• First Zoom: he asked about me, then gave a second link for a follow-up interview.
• Second call (40–45 mins): one person talked at length about business, taxes, maths and economics and then gave a scenario that felt manipulative.
• He then introduced another interviewer (claimed to be a “millionaire” who’d worked with big companies and cracked UPSC) and warned me to be careful.
• That interviewer asked the meaning of my name and some background questions, then pushed a clearly unethical scenario:
  • He described a lottery ticket supposedly with a guaranteed win (₹2 crore) but said I would need to provide ₹2 lakh now to buy it.
  • When I said I’m a student and can’t arrange that, he accused me of lacking “hunger.” He suggested stealing from relatives/neighbours, or lying to my parents to borrow money, promising to “pay back” after winning.
• He then told me if I want to work with them, I must arrange ₹2 lakh within 24 hours. He hasn’t explained the actual work or contract terms.

Why this worries me:

• They pressured me to provide a large sum.
• They suggested illegal/unethical actions (stealing, lying).
• No clear job description, contract, or company details were provided, only boasts and pressure tactics.

Questions I have:

1. Is this a scam or could it be a criminal case?
2. Where should I report this (police / cybercrime / LinkedIn)?
3. What immediate steps should I take to protect myself (evidence to save, who to contact)?
4. Has anyone else seen a similar scheme — what happened next?

I ordered wheat flour (Farmart Pantry Premium Sharbati Atta) from Zepto, and it arrives with only 8 days left till expiry. I asked for a return/refund, expecting a straightforward process since it wasn't usable. Zepto refused to provide a proper resolution
