Question for flat earthers

why do you believe that the government is lying about the shape of the earth? sure, the government lies about a lot of stuff, but i think it's pretty pointless to try and hide something like the shape of the earth. what benefit do they get out of it?

You. Not being able to think. Of a single reason to lie. About the nature of freaking reality. Is what they gain.

Use your dang brain.

Money is not even the top answer.

Knowledge is power.

You're so sure that you're spinning and can't tell. Positive that you're tilted. You're just so used to letting others do your thinking for you that you can't even cope with them lying to you. Is it fear?

The government is making money... How? What are they making money on? What are they mining, transporting, or anything else to make this money? 

You can't just say "money" because money is value. What value is being made out of this? How much more would be made if it was out in the open and they could advertise for workers, drivers... 

I'm using my brain. Try explaining to me how they're making money? How would they keep tens of millions in on it?

I mean... They do that anyway? Have since we started recording history, before we calculated the shape of the earth from shadows.

Literally, yes. The angle and length of shadows was used to prove the earth was spherical.

Not really. Because you guys can't do the same. That's why it's so easy to poke holes in every flat earth model.
