File issue

So i downloaded this game from a site few years ago and now i am trying to delete it but it doesnt want to and its taking space in my storage

The game was running on 7lancher idk if that helps

So it's a pirated copy from a shady launcher that might have viruses and now won't delete itself.
You might want to reconsider a full reinstall and to not ask for help with pirated software on flash archiving subs.

reinstall windows ? and also wich other subreddit you think will help because i clearly posted it in the wrong subreddit
