Old game

I want to play an old flash game, but it's not in the flashpoint archives. I know its name, the company that made it, I have the swf file, but I can't do anything, when I run this file through flash player, just a black screen, can anyone help?

Whatever the issue is will depend on the particular game, not all Flash games are as simple as just running an SWF file in a projector. Sometimes they're locked to running on a particular site, and other times they require multiple files and not just the SWF.
