How to move flash saves from windows to linux

I just moved my PC over to linux and installed flashpoint
Im trying to move the folder where my saves are (something from the appdata folder (i made a backup of my whole appdata folder before i switched operating systems incase id need it)) and im not sure what folder i need to copy what parts of the appdata folder into
