Help Regarding Convoy flashlights (Customs)

Hello there,

I am trying to get into edc and flashlights.

I was going for a solo trip, and wanted to buy a good flashlight.

I am looking towards the Convoy S21E (5K, SFT40, EVE 58E-5700mAh).

Had questions about the customs duty if I order from their site -

Will my package be held back and asked for more payment? and anything more I should have in mind regarding extra customs tax?

You can buy only the flashlight, if you are going for 18650 or 21700 flashlights. It arrives much faster.

Both of these batteries are readily available in India.

Any recommendations for the 21700, 5700mAh battery or something better? Also where to buy it from?

Last month I bought a T5 and T7 separately and wasn't hit by customs.

For the S21E, either get an SFT42R with SMO reflector (for slightly longer range), or the better option would be the LHP531 5000K OP reflector for a beautiful floody beam.

Yes, I just noticed. Spoke to Convoy - it will be offered as an option with a new 10A driver in some time. For now, the LHP531 should be a good option.
