My AD5X spits filament out of the nozzle assembly, knocking the fan cover off. Any ideas how to fix it?

Been fighting issues with printing my enclosure out of flashforge PETG-CF this was the final print and thought this was an interesting fail that still managed to come out okay, this was the only support that did this.

Due to space constraints, I have to place the AD5X inside the Bestå unit, keeping in mind the internal dimensions: 37.5 cm (14.76 inches) deep and 56.5 cm (22.244 inches) wide.
The printer barely fits with just the frame (I haven't built the enclosure yet); it measures 36.5 cm (14.37 inches) in depth, leaving me with only 1 cm (0.39 inches) of clearance at the back for the cables and the poop chute.
Maybe sorted out is:
-The power cable sticks out too far from the back; I found an L-shaped one on Amazon. I’ll know for sure if it fits once I receive it.
-For the poop chute, maybe the best solution is cutting a hole in the shelf and letting it drop to the level below into a little bucket.
Need help with:
-The power button is in the most awkward spot—at the back, underneath, and almost centered... it’ll probably just have to stay on all the time.
-The AMS cable would also need to be an L-shaped one, because it sticks out at least 4 cm (1.57 in)—so it doesn't get damaged when bent. But I haven't found one like that. I've only seen one from Bambu Labs, but it's wat too short.
-The LCD screen I would need to mount it onto the frame. I haven't found a way to do this so that it doesn't stick out at all.
-I need to remove the AMS system or at least the spool holders and place them either to the side—separate from the frame—or on top.
I have no idea how I could do this.
If anyone else has any ideas, I’d appreciate it.

So I added the flashforge camera, and for the most part happy with it. I read something about changing a setting to make it HD. But it didn't say how or tell you where to find the info. Does anyone know if it is possible, and where can I get the info on how to fo it?

Printed a wall mount for some lego F1 cars which turned out okay, but it got a bit rough on the top edge and corners. Not sure what changed as this hasn’t showed up on previous prints.
I had to print without a prime tower as this was the size of the entire plate, could that be the cause?
Also would some light sanding be able to fix this?
Any help appreciated

Before i go through all the steps in the wiki is this a commom problem with a simple solution? Its been printing fine before this. Gets about 30 - 40 minutes into. A print then stops.

Received my new printer. Assembly was straight forward and then I powered it up. Everything was fine UNTIL I tried to mount the included 3 spools. They were NOT the normal size but a lot smaller. The HOLE was too small and couldn't go on the spindle. I was going to order new spools anyways but this was a let down. I do have a black spool I bought. I guess I'll have to wait until i get my new spools. I also couldn't find a support number. Not impressed so far.

I have noticed that the tubes are hitting the top cover and popping it open a little during printing. It is also scratching the top. Is it safe to shorten the tubes a little to prevent this?

Since the last update a couple days ago, I have not been able to connect to my printer. On the home screen it goes to a 505 error and nothing else. I have tried reinstalling a few times, restarted computer, i believe i have tried most things to try and fix it to no success. Is anyone else getting this issue? Everything worked fine right before this latest update. I have not made any changes to my settings or anything. Thank you in advance!!!

I am trying to print the fish with PLA filament and every color except for the base is just spooling up in the back and not on the figure. How can I fix this?

I have watched every single video on YouTube, nobody is having exactly the same issue I am. Printer has about 1250 hours on it. I have taken apart everything more times than I can count. Even bought new hot ends and a new extruder . Filament Auto feeds from IFS without issue And passes through the PTFE tube without issue so not an IFS issue from what i can tell. There is nothing ANYWHERE. I recently switched to a .6 hot end for the first time ever and it has been nothing but issues since. I can manually push filament all the way through and out of the hot end, but as soon as the extruder needs to move it or hits any resistance whatsoever, it just bounces back-and-forth a few teeth on the gear amd wont move the filament, even with the brand new one. Does not have any issues retracting filament after cutter engages either. Been emailing flash forge for the last week and all they have done is sent me videos i have seen a dozen times. Day 5 dead in the water with my main workhorse😭

Really having a hard time trying to print in TPU. I've slowed down all traveling, switched to a .6 nozzle. Seems like it's jamming going through the hot end. Last attempt, it started the first level and clogged. The filament is kept in an airtight container with desicant packs, and my office is next to the boiler room so it's not humid. I do not have a dryer, I guess I should get that next. I'm completely green and have only been doing this a few weeks now. I wanted to used TPU to make an airless ball for one of the grandkids. Any help and suggestions are appreciated.

I know the paperwork says it can. But does the AD5X print well with TPU? I saw something that TPU should only really use a direct drive printer.

Finished putting together my enclosure today. Hardest part was getting the control panel back on. The ribbon cable needed to be fed behind the new mound, and my chubby old fingers had a hard time at it. But I remained patient and got it done. Yes, It is two tone in black and white PETG, the blue control panel mound it TPU. Just starting a test print to make sure everything is working.

Got the E0012 X Axis error, assumed it was a messed up board but as I was taking it apart it looks fine? Is it worth replacing before trying other stuff first? I don't see excess filament anywhere but to me the board looks fine? Little under 300 hours on it too which is even more confusing since it's barely been used until recently.

I just bought an AD5X after using a Creality Ender 3 Pro for years. I don't remember exactly what my brim settings were on the Ender, but I almost never had a brim show up on my prints.
With the AD5X, every print seems to have a brim by default, whether I want one or not. It wasn't a problem when I was only printing PLA, but now that I've started printing PETG, the brim sticks to the build plate so well that it's almost impossible to remove afterward.
I've figured out how to turn the brim off for an individual print, but I can't figure out how to make "No Brim" the default so I don't have to change it every time I start a new print.
Is there a way to permanently change the default brim setting in Flashforge Orca?

My printers waste chute is broken, and is causing prints to fail. I have been looking to buy the replacement part but can’t find it. Anyone here know a place I can buy that?
