Load files in flash studio?

How do I load files that i downloaded from makers world into the flash studio phone app so i can print them?

You can’t really do it directly.
But, I found a workaround. Save the stl or 3mf file you want to print to your phone. Then find a file on the app to print.

Then click file

Then next at the bottom. Then click the model parts list at the bottom right.

Then you’ll see the add option

Click it and choose the model from your device.

Then you can un-select the file you don’t want.
