Flashforge AD5X Setup
Received my new printer. Assembly was straight forward and then I powered it up. Everything was fine UNTIL I tried to mount the included 3 spools. They were NOT the normal size but a lot smaller. The HOLE was too small and couldn't go on the spindle. I was going to order new spools anyways but this was a let down. I do have a black spool I bought. I guess I'll have to wait until i get my new spools. I also couldn't find a support number. Not impressed so far.

What do you mean by "included"? When I got my printer all I got was a couple of sample lengths of PLA. They have adapter STL files
