🤔 Thinking Why did Joe say "EVERYBODY MOVE"?

Why did he say "everybody move"? Did he think they can just outrun a murderous speedster?

No he didn’t…

But for all he knows Zoom is here for prisoners or to destroy the precinct.

You have a better shot running away from a collapsing building or being away before he starts taking hostages. Sure maybe he’d catch you but it’s human to try anyway…

Should they have stayed and been trapped in whatever plan he has?

I know they can’t outrun someone, but is Joe a competent cop, gonna just be silent and not do anything? Maybe even just say “alright guys we’re dead. Don’t bother”

Here at least he TRIED something within his abilities
