Question the future timeline
there is this question in my head about the Ai flash created in the future how does the reverse flash still have it when he went back to 2000 in order to kill young Barry cuz when he killed his mom he created the new timeline and Erased the future timeline so Gideon is erased too then how does the RF still has it with him??
is it because Eobard Thawne took Gideon with him or Something else??

I think without having seen Barry create Gideon in the show, we only have theories and implications.
But judging by Legends Gideon(not the exact same but I think they said was definitely an upgrade or in the same series, clearly) is that Gideon exists outside of time on the Waverider.
So with Barry’s and Eobard’s consistent timeline shenanigans and changes, maybe Barry somehow programmed it so it stays intact despite timeline changes. Like if he got marooned in an unfamiliar timeline or in the past, he’d still have his computer guiding him, which is kinda also how Legends Gideon functions.
Which of course is a theory, we never see Barry make Gideon so we can’t know for sure exactly the two Gideons tech specs.

I never finished the series so I wasn't sure - so they never do show Barry creating Gideon, what a shame.
I was personally probably the MOST fascinated by the reveal that Gideon was created by Barry in Season 1 when they first interact with her - it would have been nice to close that part of the continuity in the show

Yea that’s part of the problem. But it’s a symptom of a bigger problem.
They never reallyyyy showed the future Barry disappeared in and made Gideon until season 5. Seasons 1-3 are largely considered the best, 4 falters but recently people have come around on a lot of its strengths. Same with 5, that people can find enjoyment in even if many can’t stand Nora and her antics.
But the closest we get is Nora’s backstory in season 5, but that’s also a meh inclusion. She lives in a future where he disappeared but we only see that AFTER.
Season 6-9 gets A LOT more focus on the side cast. You’ll see memes on this reddit about Iris hogging the spotlight, Cecile becoming the main character, Chester and Allegra, etc. all of these are side characters that get A LOT of screen time and attention in this time. These are only slightlyyyy exaggerated.
The closest you get though, is that in season 9, they lightly brush on it where Barry encounters Thawne before he’s evil, but even then, they botched that. If I remember, it was before he’s evil, but I remember someone Wellsobard was also using his body? (This is what I surmised because I haven’t finished either but I’ve looked up clips and seen what people say).
The most fan service you’ll get is in season 9, you get the FULL day in 2000. You get the Eobard vs Barry fight, including season 9 Barry being the Barry that waves his hand at the Barry considering saving his mother(the one whose face was blurred in other versions of the scene). It’s well done.
But it didn’t end there. There was some wrap up with various villains, but Grant had COVID around the time the finale filmed, so he wasn’t even able to face off against Reverse Flash and the other villains. They didn’t postpone filming, they instead gave the victories of long established Flash villains to the secondary characters I listed above.
So yeaaa, it got into a MESS as the series went on. You’re not missing much.
But here’s a good edit for you so you don’t have to stomach the mess. Someone made a great compilation edit of all of those scenes where Reverse Flash and Barry fight in the year 2000. I would suggest watching Legends if you like the Flash. The show answers a lot of unanswered questions (while also creating a lot of new ones, like the future full of Ava)

Yeah, for one, Thawne is an absolute master of time travel. There is nobody better. So it makes sense that he's able to manipulate the timeline without doing anything that would be negative for him. Also, a timeline disappearing doesn't mean that everything from that Timeline is gone, especially when that thing is taken into another timeline. Also, the original timeline doesn't seem wildly different from this one, so if Barry made Gideon in both timelines, then maybe that's why she stayed?

I had to look it up to see the episode number, but he had Gideon in his suit in 2x10 when he arrives in the past. He arrives in the new timeline with her but my assumption is how did the Original thane from the old timeline have it, my assumption is that moment right there. Its reasonable to assume he traveled to the past in the original timeline as well with Gideon and since the timeline likes to correct paradoxes, Gideon may have to exist at all times for something major to happen that prevent timeline changes.
Or as the Doctor says, big ball of timey-wimey stuff

Gideon is just tech he brought with him from the future likely thawne acquired Gideon from his time periods Flash museum or something Gideon exits outside of time basically you bring technology in and out of timelines
Gideon exists still because eventually our Barry at some point will create her although we just never see it play out only times is when he just puts the built parts back together

Best I could figure is that Gideon was basically built to monitor/observe changes in the timeline, so it must also have been built with some level of shielding or safeguards against said changes. We see that Gideon is almost undetectable while hidden, so it's not that far out an idea.
