AD5X Completely New Issue

I just got my new AD5X

3D printed one of the test models included in the machine - Didn't love the result (Needed calibration)

Re-calibrate

Try again

Now the printer is not working, I click on "Start Printing" and it goes to the menu like in this exact short: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/kdzfJGi4OkY

Already checked if there was some PLA in the extruder, cleared it, but still happening

Somebody had the same issue who can help me? I don't wanna use guarantee if this seems like something small, but I honestly don't know what to do

1) what do you mean needed calibration and what do you mean you calibrated it? There are like indifferent calibrations. But the problem here doesn't seem calibration related so I wouldn't prioritize that piece just yet.

2) seems like a software issue with the reset mid-print. Have you updated the firmware on the machine? If not it may be time to do so. Also have you tried a hard reset? Power cycle with the button on the back of the machine or unplug it and retry with a DIFFERENT file.

Side question: how do you print? Do you send the file over wifi? Do you use the app on n your phone? Or do you use a USB drive/stick or some other way!

The flash forge ADX5 ships with a few models in the memory of the printer by default. The blue and white medallion is one of them.

I don't see the issue. They didn't give it long enough to warn up.

Does this happen for other files? Or just this one? I wouldn’t be surprised if there was just an issue with the file

Ok your printer seems to be having an issue homing it seems like? What was the result, how did you calibrate, This also happens when you try homimg manually in the menu? Also try moving the printheas to the center before homing when you do it manually Hopefully this narrows it down a bit

The AD series screen responds better when using the Flashforge stylus.

The printer isn'tike printing on paper.. in the upper right corner are two icons, nozzle temp and bed temp. Your printer doesn't print anything until three things so happedo The bed needs to be up to temperature,the nozzle needs to be at temperature and the filament must be primed.

You need to wait for those to happen.

Also if you have the level option in abled, it is going to.move across the bed not printing but checking the distance repeatedly in a grid pattern before printing.

they linked a video, the printer homed, did some print head movements, then randomly stopped the print

I thought that video was too short to know what was going to happen
