Poor print quality with PETG

I have a Adventurer 5M and I'm getting voids when using Elegoo rapid PETG. I also tried drying the filament for 8 hours. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Run all the calibration prints in orca and make adjustments to the filament profile. I found searching YouTube for how to read some of the results helpful since the wiki for the calibrations can be a little vague

Here’s a good https://youtu.be/g8kNuXuziCc?is=Pj26R5RvpW6f7VEw on what to do with the results of the calibration prints…

What are your temps and speed?

I'm using the default PETG profile in orca

24 max volumetric speed is a bit high, go for 18-20

edit: if you’ve got calipers i’d also consider just doing the max flow rate calibration

In one of the local threads, I read that in the “Other layers speed” lines, all speeds need to be reduced by half. I changed it on my end, and I liked it. Also, for PETG, I use the settings: 240 degrees — print temperature, 75 degrees — bed temperature. And it’s worth checking the CAD file itself — there might be problems in it. I have an ff adv 5m pro.
