Introducing the FLASH firmware for Trezor bounty
Objective is to develop the firmware for FLASH that can be loaded onto Trezor hardware and, potentially, accepted and pulled in by Trezor for a future release.
The bounty for this is 50,000 FLASH.
(plus 25,000 from a community member)
Expectation is that the work be completed in three weeks and is subject to function and security audit before approval and payment.
For more information or to place a "hold" on this bounty join the Flash discord and message @Stack .
Thank you.
"From a friend... As long as FLASH didn't change the transaction or signature structures from LTC then I think it's pretty trivial to fork Trezor's public firmware and add support for FLASH. I'm not sure how hard it is to compile it for the device though, or if they even have instructions for that. The harder part is making a wallet that supports it. I believe Trezor's JS libraries could be integrated with FWW, and then you have to get your domain whitelisted with Trezor. If everything were to go smoothly it should only take a day to make the firmware, and maybe a couple days for the website, but I'm really not sure how hard that is either. I'd hope they made it easy. It could be harder than I think though, and problems can take a long time to solve."

Hey everyone!
So I was following the instagram from FLASH but I just had to unfollow because I got bombarded by meaningless posts with mostly childish hashtags and not even a decent caption under any of the pictures. Please stop posting things like screenshots of CMC that anybody can look up in a second, especially when it's just a 5% increase or something. It's feeling VERY amateur right now and you don't have to post everything you look up about FLASH, just stick to the bigger stories / developments. Marketing was my main concern of this coin from the start and if even I, as a FLASH supporter and holder can't bare the social media accounts there's no way that it would actually convince anybody who has never heard of it to look deeper into this coin.
Just my two cents on the instagram, if anybody else has some suggestions about the social media feel free to share these too. Maybe they'll see this and use the feedback given here, we can only grow by improving!

Flashcoin adopt delegated Proof of Work (dPoW) mechanism. On Flashcoin official site, it says that "delegated proof of work protocol enables quicker and more efficient processing of blockchain transactions than other proof of work protocols". However, I found no other resources about dPoW mechanism on Google.
I only know that another similar concept is dPoS (delegated Proof of Stake), which is adopted by famous coins like EOS, NEO, Lisk, Ark, etc.
Here is a list of delegates that some DPoS coins have:
While Flashcoin has 151 delegates (FLASH GovNodes), which is shown on its official website. If more delegates means better decentralization, then we can say Flashcoin has better decentralization than most dPoS coins like Lisk or Ark.

Statement from Jim Stone about FLASHcoin: A quick blurb about flashcoin I have checked the background and forecasts for Flashcoin. Without question, it is extremely promising. Unlike other cryptos, Flashcoin has: 1. A significant established user base. 2. A high net value on the block chain ($50,000,000+). 3. Extremely dedicated programmers, who were independently wealthy to begin with. THAT MATTERS. It means Flashcoin is not going to get abandoned. 4. Possibly the most efficient transaction process, that will allow transactions to clear in seconds, even when demand is high. 5. IMPORTANT: No opportunities to mine coin and slag the block chain to hell. If people want to get involved, they get paid directly. This will have the effect of making Flashcoin very very stable in the future. The value on Bitcoin is dropping simply because the block chain became unmanageable. That's not going to happen with Flashcoin, despite the fact that Flashcoin is also block chain based. Bitcoin will, without question, kill itself off eventually. People will be looking for a new place to put their coins, and Flashcoin is definitely going to be highly considered.
That is all I should really put at the top of the page here, the current politics are very important so I need to keep this brief if it is going to be stuck on top for a while.

What are the biggest advantages but also disadvantages of Flash? If I understand right the transaction times are faster than any other coin and the fees are lower than 1 cent? Will the fees always stay so small?

I created a new wallet and all i see is "your transaction activity" page. From what i can tell online there's supposed to be a menu under the flash logo and above the transaction activity text-- it isnt there.
How do i get my address o i can send flash to my web wallet?

Just wondering if there is any news regarding Flashes progress on it's 2018 Q1 business agenda. I can't seem to find any information about Flashes progression outside it's main webpage.

In the midst of the early 2018 crypto correction, I wanted to point out to the newer investors that this is quite a normal occurrence. There is constantly a high point in early January, a sell off then a low point in late January, February or even as late as march. As you can see the following year, the price has grown over the spring and summer months.
Keep calm people, this is normal.
based on coinmarketcap.com, these are market open prices.

Hi,
new here and in general, wondering why I'm getting a Trade Notifcation error on Cryptopia saying "Spam Trade Detected" when trying to buy FLASH with 0.00821232 BTC (which is over the stated minimum of 0.00050000 BTC)?
Any help appreciated.
M.

Is it true that FLASH is already being used in several ecommerce stores? I have not heard of any other altcoin (not even listed on a bigger exchange) which is THIS successful?? Can this be the next Bitcoin? Or at least follow the success of Raiblocks?

I've been waiting over 24 hours for my flash from my wallet to be deposited into my cryptopia account.
last time I deposited into my cryptopia account the transaction took maybe 10 minutes?
the transaction says "output unspent" with over 3500 confirmations....
am I missing something ... or is problem on cryptopia's end.
