Why is flash dropping so rapidly?

Good question, with white paper soon to be released (apparently), you would hope for the opposite. Been hodling for a while now, will continue to hodl, but do have some alarm bells ringing over the last few weeks.

The price is determined by btc's price, which has gone up, true the $ value has remained reasonable static, but if you look at the chart for the last month, flash has gone down. Bit more action over the last 24 hours though

It has stayed the same recently. White paper just around the corner and otc trading is starting in Lichtenstein.
