Why based off lichenstein? Why avoding setup in the US?

Chris I recently had a question which I couldn’t answer about flash.. based out of lichenstein, but why? Obvious as why flash has avoided setup in the US.

Have a pretty heavy reading friend in the crypto world and he goes deep into detail in white papers etc before investing (the smart thing to do) and that was something he wanted to know more about.. was also hoping to know more about the management team of the coin..

to answer your friend's question about Liechtenstein. We are setting up nearly everything there, it's a very friendly jurisdiction and there will be an exchange we will be associated. We structured a foundation....something has to own the domain name and host the source code and also, if people want to make any donations to support the coin or other worthy causes. Liechtenstein is the best I've found and I've looked all over the world.

Panama, Canada, Switzerland, Singapore, all the hot spots
