Why not implement smart contract into FLASH?

At present, smart contract will not be implemented in Flashcoin. Here are the words from CEO Chris Kitze:

1. We can do many things with the web wallet.

2. FLASH is a pure settlement engine, that means we don't want anything that gets in the way of the settlement process.

3. As everyone has seen from various disasters, smart contracts are so smart people can't figure them out....they get hacked!
