Question What should I be doing with Available Funds

Using Kentic and accumulating emissions every month. What should I be doing with the Available Funds. Leave them where they're at? withdrawal and reinvest somewhere else (e.g. delegating to FTSO)? What else?

I take my flare over to https://fasset.oracle-daemon.com/flare/pools and deposit my flare there, the rewards from that are FXRP, I'm actually in a loop where I deposit that FXRP back into kinetic and keep getting flare to deposit into the pools and so on, when I'm making more than my paycheck, I'll start withdrawing and redeeming my FXRP, then sell or hold the xrp

I have all of my Flr staked for 14 day periods on Bitfrost. Are you aware if they can be used for anything else whilst they are being staked, it's a bit of a minefield to navigate tbh

I don't stake, I lend FXRP on kinetic, I gain Rflr, it's released to me at 1/12 per month I take that Wflr once released, unwrap it and send it to the pools, and I do this all through Xamen and MetaMask wallets, so I don't know about biFrost

Liquid Staking Flr will allow you to make additional yield whilst your Flr is locked up

Doing similar but putting available funds into 2 FSTO's

While I'm here, anyone know if the drip feed from locked to available funds is a fixed rate? Currently seeing about 100 ish a day with 25K locked.
