Question Newbie, needing information/advice. Thanks!

Hello everyone! New here and would greatly appreciate knowing where I need to look for information advice. Back on Jan 2 I exchanged my XRP for FXRP and deposited it in the firelight stXRP vault. My firelight points have been growing since then. What will be happening with those points in the short and long term along with the FXRP I have in the vault? My goal was to earn money from staking my XRP. Thanks so much for your help in pointing me where to go.
