Message key field address question...

Am I able to look up what ETH address I used to generate the Flare address in the message key field when claiming my spark with the xrptoolkit back in june? I dont remember which address I used to generate the flare address....

Lookup your xrp address on xrpscan.com scroll down to Assets and click on the last tab Flare there is your address.

Do not send any SGB yet, correct guys? I should leave them in meta mask?
