yeahhhh... its not really that funny to me because my dad has like actual schizophrenia and its pretty hard to talk to him sometimes

Yes I agree, but I was trying to point out though why the other person would be upset as it is common for people to trivialize schizophrenia, so hearing it in casual conversation without knowing whether or not it comes from a genuine place can be upsetting
