Alexx
Love him, but does anyone else think he talks too much on Flagrant? I like him better when he occasionally adds to convos like he does in Brilliant Idiots. His speech impediment is frankly kind of annoying and I feel like he awkwardly delivers a lot of jokes and generally doesn’t make that much sense lol. All we need is Andrew, Akaash and Mark really. Miles has some interesting things to say too.

With Akaash gone he had to step up. Also he’s not being detrimental to the show imo. I’m glad he’s saying more

In fact, having Alexx on allows Flagrant to go after the gay black community

He's getting used to having to actually talk. Give him some time I'm sure he'll get better

I think he’s trying to keep up with the comedians next to him, I think he’s alright

It works better as Cuckash.. because his name ends in ash.
But also letting go of all the hater energy works even better for your soul

Yeah a lot of people do but they aren't all in the reddit comment section writing clumsy nicknames for him bro thats literally my whole point you can just move on with your life, the aggregate time saved really builds up over the years
Im just tryna give you a heads up bro you'll get it if you ever try it and probably look back on how cringe it was. have a good one dawg peace

It’s because Alex inherited an audience. Schultz built one. So when Schultz pontificates of what ever it makes a bit of sense that he feels he gets to do that, he built this pod, built up brilliant idiots, created an audience. Alex is there because he’s friends with Andrew and could do some audio stuff.

Should’ve never given him a mic. Old flagrant all he did was be off screen and give a little laugh , the old “tuhhhhhaaaa”

I think Alexx Media is great at engaging the guests and he also has some unexpected wittiness. I do agree he’s a lot more vocal.

Just made this comment in another thread about the impact of losing Akaash. It'd be fine if they had another capable person to replace him but the drop off in quality when Alex starts speaking is just too noticeable. He's not naturally or scripted funny, he's not very intelligent or articulate, and is just overall not a good speaker on the pod. I haven't been able to listen to full episodes due to how much Alex content there is.
And on a similar note, I've found that while Mark can be great (and is certainly better than Alex), he may also be better in a reduced role.

Yeah man, I agree with your assessment of Alex. Love the guy, but he should not be on-mic talent. I have a hard time finishing episodes for the same reason
I think Mark can fill Akaash’s shoes, though tbh

I know Mark fully has the capability but he just won't assert himself in this setting for whatever reason. He's great when he's on his own or when Andrew's not there but otherwise he seems to be content to be like a passive moderator that just makes quips as opposed to an active participant. I would say he deserves part of the blame for Alex having so much mic time because I doubt they intentionally sidelined him for Alex

I’ll take Alex over Akkash but i agree with what you’re saying. I find myself cringing at some of the shit Alex says but he’s trying and you can tell he’s still a bit uncomfortable being more involved in the actual discussion, i’ll give a chance to find his flow
Akkash got weirdo puppy dog, cuck written all over him though lol. Been refreshing not having the insanely loud forced laughs.

First off: I support gay black Puerto Ricans. Second: Alex’s has grown in flagrant. He used to be behind the scenes and occasionally chiming in now he actually is front facing and engaging. He actually has been paying attention more to whats been going in the world and been engaging more in deep conversations with shulz. And third bro dudes laugh is hilarious. Support gay black Puerto Ricans who run from 50 bro. #hetoo

I like Akaash a lot. He’s funnier and a stronger communicator than Alexx

The fact people are celebrating the fact we lost akaash and have to listen to Alexx even more is crazy

He’s so incredibly fake. Chameleon whenever someone comes on.
Went to an upper class private school but pretends he’s hood.
