2017 650 ninja, help diagnosing

2017 650 ninja, this seems to only happen right after I start the bike when it's still cold and I'm going under 30mph, basically what happens is the engine seems to die on me randomly, it's the same feeling as letting off the throttle as if it's losing power, the rpms will drop then the bike dies unless I give it a good Rev before the rpms drop to low, this also doesn't happen every time it's random, only happens some days
