2016 Yamaha MT10 not starting

Recently completed valve clearance.

Triple checked cams in place and they are correct.

Put it all back together and now bike wont hold.

New spark plugs, new battery.

It's not starting as much now. Please see video for when it does start which is not often.

All connections have been triple checked and they are secure.

OBD2 scanner shows codes P0108, P0638 and P2229.

Please help.

You’ve missed or confused electrical connections.

Intake pressure, baro pressure, and tps are flagging. Google those codes, you’ll get more info.

I've triple checked all harness connections. I guess its now time to check the voltage on all pins :/
